-    from 30 to 39.9 – you are obese
-    over 40 – you are very obese

A vegetarian diet consists of lesser amounts of fat because of the lack of meat present in the diet. If there are indeed fat present in most vegetables, it is at an irrelevant amount. The inclusion of lots of dairy products, butter, and other types of fat in your diet will tremendously increase the amount of fat in your vegetarian diet despite the lack of meat consumption.

By eating less fat, you can be a step closer to your ideal body mass index value. Non-vegetarians will find this hard to achieve, especially with the amount of meat intake. However, you can help get rid of accumulated fat in your body and prevent further accumulation by eating fresh fruits and vegetables.
